Blockchain Legal Consultancy

Assess the real product, contracts, custody and customer rights before offering a blockchain service.

Follow the product, not its label

Map what a customer does from onboarding to acquiring an asset, holding it, transferring it and redeeming it. Identify the issuer, platform operator, wallet or custody provider and payment intermediary. The same product may raise different questions for each function and country; calling it "decentralized" does not settle who owes what when it fails.

Check promises against the system

Compare the white paper, marketing page, customer terms and live interface with the code version and actual cash flows. Who controls keys? When can a transfer be paused or reversed? What are the real limits on redemption, liquidity and customer support? Keep dated copies, transaction logs and release histories so a later review can assess the product that was actually offered.

Plan for change and incidents

Assign responsibility for lost credentials, outages, disputed transfers and customer notices. If a new token, custody arrangement, payment flow or territory is added, revisit the contracts, disclosures and legal review together. Kuwait and Egypt must each be assessed for the actual function and users; an opinion on an earlier design or a different jurisdiction is not a current clearance.

Use the Kuwait product-review checklist or Egypt product-review checklist to prepare a matter. Technology vendors may also need AI governance or data privacy review when those functions are part of the system.
