Founded in Kuwait in 1986, Hind Bin Al Sheikh & Partners advises businesses on corporate matters, transactions and disputes. The firm has a branch in Egypt and works with partner offices in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey and the United States. We work with clients on legal questions connected to their operations and cross-border plans.

Our work covers company formation and transactions, contracts and commercial disputes. For technology and regulated-sector matters, we first map the product or activity, the parties and the countries involved before defining the legal questions.

Our Head Office in Kuwait City

Our Kuwait office is on Jaber Al-Mubarak Street in Kuwait City. We advise on corporate and commercial work, disputes and regulatory questions in Kuwait. The team and scope are agreed for each matter; the relevant lawyers and profiles are available to review.

For a Kuwait matter, we check the documents, current procedures and relevant authority before recommending a route. We do not assume that a previous approval covers a changed activity.

Our Egypt branch is in Zahraa Al Maadi, Cairo. It supports corporate, commercial and dispute matters connected to Egyptian operations. Work involving another country is coordinated with the relevant local professionals.
