Immigration & Residency
Plan long-term residency, golden residence and economic citizenship applications across the Gulf and Egypt before you commit.
Choose the right residence track
Each jurisdiction in our region runs its own residence programs, and their names change often. The UAE grants long-term golden residence to investors, entrepreneurs and talented professionals under Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and its executive regulations. Saudi Arabia operates a premium residency system under Royal Decree No. M/106 of 1440H. Qatar admits a limited number of permanent residents under Law No. 10 of 2018, Bahrain grants a golden residence through the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, Oman grants residence to investors, and Egypt links several residence and citizenship routes to qualifying investment. Applying under the wrong track, or on criteria that have since changed, costs time and can prejudice later applications. We compare the current official requirements with your nationality, assets and plans before any file is opened.
Build a file that survives review
Residence files fail on inconsistencies: a corporate structure that does not match the declared source of funds, documents that expire mid-review, translations and attestations that do not meet the receiving authority's format. We prepare the complete application file - corporate records, personal documents, attestations, certified translations and the investment or employment evidence the program requires - and keep it consistent with your company formation, licensing and banking steps, so that every authority reads the same story.
How we work across borders
Files are prepared directly by our Kuwait office and our Cairo branch, with field submissions in Egypt handled through the Cairo branch. In Saudi Arabia we work in cooperation with our partner firms, and we serve clients in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman through our announced partner firms. We are a law firm, not a government-accredited immigration agency; where a program requires an official channel or a licensed local agent, we say so and coordinate through it. No outcome is guaranteed: every program decides on its own criteria.
