Legal advice on technology, media and telecom services: map components, supplier promises, customer data and exit terms before launch or change.

Describe the service precisely

Separate software, connectivity, hosting, content, support and any payment feature. Name the customer-facing entity, operator and network or cloud supplier for each part. A broad technology label does not answer which current local approvals or duties apply. Recheck the legal file when the product adds a module, channel or infrastructure provider.

Compare promises across the chain

Read the sales page, customer agreement, service levels, security schedule and upstream supplier terms side by side. If customers are promised availability or incident response that the network supplier does not support, allocate the gap. Set measurable support, access, subcontracting and change-notice terms that the team can actually meet.

Test data and failure paths

Map collection, storage, remote support, backups and deletion of customer information. Simulate an outage: who detects it, keeps logs, tells customers, restores service and provides a usable record? Ask local specialists to review the real technical route, including any cross-border access, rather than a diagram that leaves suppliers out.

Keep exit workable

Define export format, migration support, deletion evidence and treatment of domains, channels or numbers where relevant. Test a move before the contract ends, while records and supplier access are still available.
