Our Services

Healthcare & Life Sciences

Check the actual product route, safety responsibilities, patient data and continuity plan before launch.

Identify the product and the parties

Describe intended use, the manufacturer, importer, distributor, healthcare provider and any technology supplier. Compare labels, performance or clinical evidence, supply terms and promotional claims against the real route to patients. A product approval or professional license for one activity should not be assumed to cover another; check current local requirements before launch.

Make safety and continuity operational

Assign who reviews complaints, quality issues and adverse events, preserves records, contacts the relevant parties and decides on a response. For a digital service, test an outage during care: who has a usable patient record, how quickly and in what format? Put service levels, backup, recovery and exit testing into the contract, not only a marketing deck.

Control patient data and clinical decisions

Map what information is collected, who may access it, where it is stored or processed and whether it can be used for analytics or model training. State retention, deletion, subcontractor and incident duties. Define when a qualified person must review an output used in care and how errors are corrected. Clinical performance, data handling and legal permission each require their own evidence.
